Independent recruitment · Reigate, Surrey
Recruitment that’s personal.
A small, independent agency led by Abbi Lampard, with 20 years of finding the right people for businesses across Surrey and West Sussex. Permanent or temporary, we only put forward people we’d hire ourselves.
Find people who fit your team, and stay.
Every search is led by Abbi personally. A short, strong shortlist of people we’ve spoken to properly, never a pile of CVs.
Your next role, found properly.
A real person reads every CV. We’ll only put you forward for roles we think you’ll genuinely enjoy, and we’ll keep you posted.
The people problem
The biggest challenge most businesses face is people.
Finding the right ones, keeping them, and filling the gaps when someone leaves.
That’s what we solve. Not with a pile of CVs or an algorithm, but by getting to know your business, your team and what “the right person” really means for you.
Why Specialist Recruit
A personal approach
Every search is led by Abbi, from the first call to the first day. No hand-offs, no call centre.
Quality over quantity
We’d never send a CV for the sake of it. Every candidate is someone we’ve spoken to properly and would hire ourselves.
Team fit, not just a CV
We take time to understand your culture as well as the job, so people stay.
Local knowledge
We know the Surrey and West Sussex market: the salaries, the commutes, and where the good people are.
Specialists, not generalists
Permanent and temporary staff across the sectors we know inside out. Tap a sector to see typical roles.
